His story starts freshmans first year of high school, back some time ago when he wasnt so damn sad all the time. This freshman wasnt so nervous about High School, but more about the higher-ups who would fuck with him and/or initiate him. That never happened, not even close, but this freshman had the worry that his friends, his close friends, would begin to make their share of mistakes.
This freshman had a crush on a girl, who was also a freshman. Her name was a name we cannot repeat for her privacy, but well just call her Pearl. Well, Pearl was this freshmans cousin and they spent a lot of time toget

Chapter 3
The distance from Bryce to Celica was no more than thirty yards but the dash there felt as if it took a lifetime and halfway through that lifetime, his heart stopped as a screech emitted from the throat of what Bryce assumed was Heathers infected mother. He was too frightened to look back, however, because he knew hesitation meant death. The duo reached the Celica with little problem, both of them entered it the fastest they had entered a car in either of their lives. Heather attempted to close the door, but it stopped and bounced back open.
Heather screamed as an arm reached in, trying t
The Lion and the Girl
Written by Mowsy Merethil and Bryce Ridgeway
Once upon a time in a forest long ago, a girl skipped merrily along a path. The sun shined through the treetops and the beautiful sky was dotted with clouds. Not far ahead laid a lion, lying by a fork in the path. His head lay in his paws and his orange man fell over his face. The girl skipped up to this lion, her black hair fell into her face when she landed in front of the snoring lion. She leaned closer, reaching into the lions hair and running her fingers through it until her hand hit a knot and snagged his hair.
Ow! he said, looking up at the girl. He

Chapter 2
Bryces heart had slowed its hectic beating but he was far from over the shock of his first zombie encounter. He had always considered it being a fast zombie but never a jumping, acrobatic, bitch-slapping, reanimated mother fast zombie. When it came down to it though, Bryce guessed he was nowhere near prepared for this. But he dismissed that as the trauma. He reassured himself by telling himself hed make it and hed save a few people while he was at it. First of which would be Heather.
As he sped down the road, he took glances to the houses he passed. Most of those houses were l

The Devil and Jason Williams
A tribute to Gothic Literature, Edger Allen Poe, and to Washington Irvings The Devil and Tom Walker.
Somewhere in southern Illinois during the spring of 2009, there was an atheist teenager by the name of Jason Williams and he was just that, a teenager. Jason wasnt a scholar or a prodigy in any subject nor was he very successful in those. He was a slacker and passed his classes by the skin of his teeth regardless of what he could accomplish with a little effort. His English class was no exception. The only material to interest him yet had been Gothic Literature, and only E

I'll let you comb over this. I know I'll just be a terrible critic over my own work and I'll look at it for all its flaws. So you, lovely reader, tell me if I had a thing going. I don't know if I can pick this writing back up though. I can't post it as an actual piece of work because it's not finishes (and likely never will be).
This is what I was writing for the annual National November Writing Month thing. I didn't organize my shit enough and I was totally demotivated every time I tried to write on it. I barely managed this much. I may try again next year... but I doubt it. I'm awfully negative right now, I'll shut up and post it.

My creative abilities have died and I feel I couldn't write a decent bit if I wanted. After a failed attempt at NaNoWriMo again, I am fully convinced that I am no longer a writer.
How depressing.
